Communicating Strategy

Imagine if most players on a sports team do not understand the strategy of the game. Would that team ever win? Unlikely. The same goes for business - the success of any strategy depends on all employees doing their bit. To help employees understand what they can do to help achieve the overall purpose, clear communication is needed. Thus, we end this year with the company‘s strategy for 2020-2022. It‘s the first time in BaltLED‘s history when we have a clear company‘s strategy presented to all our employees. Knowing the future vision, employees can easier prioritize their tasks and make decisions that contribute to the company‘s success.
